This lecture illustrates the influence of different soil types on wine. By tasting stylistically identical wines grown on different types of soil, the sensory impact of loess, limestone and red sandstone can be tasted precisely.

Masterclass by Gerhard Retter

The development of wine over the course of five years will be highlighted in this lecture. By tasting stylistically identical wines from the same site but different vintages, the influence of maturity, vintage conditions and ageing potential can be experienced.

FRIES & BUBBLES

Talk with Toni Askitis

Crunchy fries and elegant bubbly - a surprisingly harmonious duo. This talk shows why the fine perlage and fresh acidity of sparkling wines work really well with the salty, crunchy texture of fries.
